I’m continuing to play catch up on blogging fall sessions and smile every time I look at the images of these two sisters. I feel so lucky to have been able to catch their beauty, personalities, and gorgeous porcelain skin while having a heck of a good time as well. The personality explosion at this stage of toddlerhood paired with the enamored looks from little sister made for a heartwarming and rewarding afternoon.

Love that little “Cheerio” mouth!

Awww…

I adore the goofy giggle here.

Today is the greatest…Day I’ve never known…Can’t wait for tomorrow…”
It seems as if I’ve had this song stuck in my head for like 2 years now. As sappy as this may sound, my kiddos, hubby, and our pet Dodger make my life worth living and the days seem to get better and better with them in it. I felt compelled to write a blog post on our day at the beach today just because it symbolizes the sweet simplicity that has become my life. The surrealistic marine layer added to the calming mood of the morning, strolling the same beach my husband has for all of his life. I want for nothing more than to hold on to this feeling of completion and serenity. I will even happily deal with the aftermath of sand in the bed if I get to feel this way forever.

I call this one “predator and prey”.

A view into the life of our babies playing together in E’s room. Sure there are “rules” for photography for capturing “flawless” images, but breaking the rules for sake of freezing emotional moments in time will always override such boundaries. Once again, no award winners here, but pure, SOOC images (besides a BW conversion) to help us remember them this little…Blu not quite crawling yet but wanting desperately to keep up with big brother, her cottage cheese thighs and stern look, E stomping on his toys, and everyone as usual, pantless.

Back to business…stay tuned! Gorgeous senior coming SOON!
